Fantails was purchased around fifteen years ago as a
private house. I was spellbound by its history
and the previous owner, who was a very prominent
artist named Mr. Lattey. He made the Times
Past Cottage into his art studio and I am sure
he must have felt the magical peace and tranquillity
which surround this home and grounds.
In the
summer, the garden has a wonderful symphony of
native bird-songs and you can hear the humming of
the bees around the herbs and lavender.

I
enjoy fine dining, golf, good conversation and
making people happy. After
my tragic car accident a few years ago I became more
involved in alternative medicine and found it quite
fascinating as every plant appeared to have a use.
Fantails also has its own worm farm to make liquid
manure to help us to become self-sufficient and use
Companion planting.
All
